An oil chip and oil mist collector is provided to simply separate a cylindrical filter by mounting the cylindrical filter to a filter housing detachably and to reduce cost by semi-permanently reusing a suction filter and a metal mesh net engaged with the inner side of the cylindrical filter. An oil chip and oil mist collector includes a first mesh net(10A), a second mesh net(10B), a third mesh net(10C), a suction filter(10D), and a fourth mesh net(10E). An upper cap(11) is engaged with the upper end of the first mesh net and an engaging ring is fixed to the first mesh net. The second mesh net and the third mesh net are sequentially engaged with the inner side of the first mesh net. A screw portion(14a) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a disc and a lower cap(14) is fixed to the lower end of the fourth mesh net. A cylindrical filter(10) is detachably mounted to the filter housing in a screwed way by the screw portion of the upper cap. A suction filter can be detachable by rotating a knob of the lower cap and separating and engaging the fourth mesh net.
