WATER RESISTANCE, HIGH GLOSSINESS AND LONG LASTING LUMINESCENT COATING SHEET

A water resistance and high glossiness photoluminescent coating sheet is provided to secure a long after-glow function by forming a photoluminescent coating layer and to improve ink settling characteristic and glossiness by forming a water resistance gloss coating layer on the surface. The water resistance and high glossiness photoluminescent coating sheet(10) comprises a base material(12) like papers or a polymer film; a photoluminescent coating layer(13) formed on one surface of the base material; and a water resistance gloss coating layer(11) formed on the other surface of the base material. A composition of the photoluminescent coating layer consists of an inorganic pigment of 5~50wt.%, binder resin of 5~84.9wt.%, a diluent of 10~89.9wt.% like an organic solvent or water, and an additive of 0.1~5.0wt.% selected from a wet dispersing agent, an antifoaming agent, and a surface auxiliary agent. The inorganic pigment includes metal oxides of Mal2O4Ln'Ln". M is at least one of calcium, strontium, and barium. Ln' is europium and added about 0.001~10mol.% to M. Ln" is at least one of cerium, ytterbium, dysprosium, praseodymium, and neodymium.
