PLANT FOR REMOVING NITROGEN AND PHOSPHORUS AND WATER-CONTRAL APPARATUS USED IN IT

An equipment capable of automatically controlling a step inflow rate of raw water according to characteristics of raw water and water temperatures per seasons, and an apparatus comprising the equipment for removing nitrogen and phosphorus using step inflow and internal circulation are provided. An equipment(100) for automatically controlling a step inflow rate of raw water flown in comprises: an external water tank(101) having a raw water inflow port(110); an internal water tank(102) which is installed within the external water tank and has two different lower discharge ports(114,115) formed on a lower portion thereof; a drive motor(107) driven according to a control signal of the control part; an internal fixed plate(103) installed in the internal water tank and connected from the edge to an inner central shaft(106) of the internal water tank; an internal rotary plate(104) installed in the internal water tank and rotated around the inner central shaft according to driving of the drive motor; an overflow discharge port(113) installed on a side face of the external water tank to discharge raw water when raw water is not discharged through the lower discharge ports; and a control part for controlling the system as a whole according to characteristics and seasonal water temperatures of raw water. The two different lower discharge ports are separately formed on parts of the internal water tank divided by the internal rotary plate and the internal fixed plate.
