PROCESS FOR PREPARING CONCRETE ADMIXTURE FOR CONSTRUCTION UTILIZING WASTE CONCRETE SLUDGE

A method of producing a concrete admixture for constructional use is provided to activate potentially hydraulic properties of a waste concrete sludge and to produce the concrete admixture or a soil solidification agent by reusing the concrete sludge massively generated during recovery of regenerated aggregates such as pebbles and sand from the waste concrete. The method includes the steps of: preparing a mixture of 50 to 80wt.% of Portland cement or furnace slag and waste concrete sludge as a principal composite; and adding 10 to 30wt.% of meta-kaolin to the composite, in order to activate potential hydraulic properties of the sludge during recirculation of waste concrete. The method further includes a step of adding 3 to 10wt.% of dry gypsum and lime ingredients to the sludge so as to improve initial strength of the sludge, thereby more activating the hydraulic properties of the waste concrete sludge containing meta-kaolin.
