PURPOSE: A system and method for confirming a service satisfaction using the Internet to check a satisfaction of a service from a service engineer with respect to a trouble being generated in a product by a user directly without an intervention of a helper. CONSTITUTION: A service system device(14) classifies inputted trouble process result data according to clients and stores the data in a service management database(16) and extracts service completed client E-mail addresses by inquiring the service management database(16). An E-mail server(18) receives the client E-mail addresses from the service system device(14) and transmitting a web server automatic connecting program capable of automatically connecting to a web server(20) by E-mails of clients corresponding the E-mail addresses through the Internet(22). The web server(20) transmits question web page information displaying question contents with respect to a service satisfaction to a client web browser being connected through the Internet(22) and receives a question response with respect to the service satisfaction inputted through the web browser through the Internet(22). The question response with respect to the service satisfaction is stored in the service management database(16) of the service system device(14).
