摘要
A method of planting a halophyte in a saline region by planting a plant seed in a pot containing culture soil, sequentially introducing saline into the seedling, planting the halophyte into a mat for planting bed and then installing the mat in the saline region is provided. The method is useful in mass production of a salt-resistant plant. A plant seedling is planted in a pot containing culture soil, sequentially irrigated on 7 to 10 day interval until the remaining salt concentration of the culture soil reaches 35%, planted in an insertion part(20) of the mat for planting bed containing flat board type culture soil, the mat for planting bed containing concavo-convex type culture soil or the roll type mat for planting bed containing hemisphere type culture soil and then installed in a saline region. Prior to performing the process, the plant seed can be pretreated with a mixture of charcoal and zeolite for 20 to 30hr and germinated. The culture soil is selected from the group consisting of i) culture soil containing decomposed sawdust, rice hulls, pumice and general soil, ii) mixed culture soil containing 5 to 30% by weight of sandy soil and the culture soil, iii) CoCo Peat or coconut fiber, iv) and the mixture thereof. The plant seed is selected from the group consisting of Phragmites communis, Zizania latifolia, Miscanthus sacchariflorus, Zoysia sinica, Setaria viridis, Avena fatua, Echinochloa hispidula, Calamagrostis epigeios, Phacelurus latifolius, Ischaemum anthephoroides, Elymus sibiricus, Phragmites japonica, and Typha orientalis.
