NIOSOME CONTAINING NATURAL PHELLINUS LINTEUS EXTRACT AND COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING IT

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing niosome containing a Phellinus linteus extract as a main composition is provided which is excellent in skin moisturizing capacity, skin elasticity, stability and skin whitening. The composition is formulated into a skin lotion, nourishing skin lotion, nourishing cream, essence, pack, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, cleansing water, massage cream and the like. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition contains 0.001 to 10% by weight of niosome containing a Phellinus linteus extract, based on the total weight of the composition. For example, Phellinus linteus and Phellinus pini are dried, ground, extracted in a mixed solvent of ethanol, 1,3-butyleneglycol, propylene glycol and distilled water in a volume ratio of 25:25:25:25 at 85deg.C for 48hr and filtered with a filter paper with a mesh of 200 at 3,000rpm for 10min.
