Provided is a mixture refrigerant composition which is environment-friendly, is improved in the combustibility of a hydrocarbon-based refrigerant and can replace a Freon-based mixture refrigerant R404A used in a low temperature refrigerator. The mixture refrigerant composition comprises 20-30 wt% of cyclopropane (C3H6); 20-30 wt% of 1,1-difluoroethane (CHF2-CH3); 35-45 wt% of 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (CF3-CH2F); and 5-15 wt% of pentafluoroethane (C2HF5). Optionally the composition comprises further 5 wt% or less of an additive selected from the group consisting of carbon dioxide (CO2), trifluoromethyl iodide (CF3I) and their mixture.
