A method for manufacturing high-purity salts, coarse salts, mineral salts, and bittern from deep seawater is provided to produce high-purity salts, coarse salts, mineral salts, and bittern having high purity and various minerals while producing beverages. The method for manufacturing high-purity salts from deep seawater comprises a pre-treatment step of deep seawater found at the depth of at most 200m underground, a nano filtration and reverse osmosis filtration step, a salt concentration step by electrodialysis of brine, a salt precipitation evaporation concentration step, a dehydration step of precipitated salts, and drying, packaging, and examination steps in order stated.
