A connecting apparatus using removing a foreign substance over drainage pipe of a common-housing

A connecting apparatus for removing foreign matters from a drain pipe in an apartment house is provided to prevent noise, and to extend the life span of the vertical drain pipe by filtering foreign matters from sewage through a strainer. Sewage is discharged through a first vertical drain pipe(14) to a first case(12) and a second case(42), and bumped into a convex guide part(106) of a pressure plate(104) and drained to a penetration part(102). Foreign matters are filtered from sewage through a strainer(110) fixed in the penetration part. A locking unit(32) is released from a fixing unit(120), and the pressure plate is pushed clockwise or counterclockwise by a side of a U-shaped leaf spring(54). A vertical opening part(100) of rotating units(30,58) combined by hinges(28,56) is turned clockwise or counterclockwise, and foreign matters are removed from the strainer.
