An antenna diversity device in a terminal whose mechanical structure is changeable, a method thereof, and a terminal including the antenna diversity device are provided to increase transmission/reception efficiency as maintaining the best communication quality by optimally maintaining the transmission/reception efficiency of the antenna. An antenna(100) consists of the first feeding point(101) corresponding to the first mechanical structure of a terminal, and the second feeding point(102) corresponding to the second mechanical structure of the terminal. A switch(200) connects a transceiving converter(300) with the first feeding point(101) or the second feeding point(102), as the terminal is changed into the second mechanical structure from the first mechanical structure or vice versa.
