An herb wine having roborant effects and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to confer the health-improving effects, especially liver protection effect by glutathione produced from Saccharomyces cerevisiae FF-8(KACC 93023P), as well as roborant effects on wine. The method for manufacturing the herb wine having roborant activity comprises the steps of: extracting a medicinal herb mixture containing Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Cnidium officinale, Pinellia ternata tuber, Paeonia japonica, Astragalus membranaceus (FISCH) Bunge, Cinnamomum cassia PRESL., Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch, Poria cocos WOLF., Amomum kravanh PIERRE ex CAGNEP, Atractylodes macrocephala KOIDZ, Citrus unshiu MARKOVICH, Panax ginseng C.A Meyer, Aquilaria agallocha Roxburgh, Aucklandia lappa DECNE., Eucommia ulmoides OLIV., Magnolia obovata THUEB., Zingiber officinale rhizome and Eugenia caryophyllata THUNB.; filtering the extracts of medicinal herbs; inoculating Saccharomyces cerevisiae FF-8(KACC 93023P) into the filtered solution, and fermenting it at 20-40 deg. C for 4-10 days; filtering the first fermented solution, and second-fermenting the filtered solution at 10-20 deg.C for 10-20 days; maturing the second fermented solution at 5-15 deg. C for 80-120 days; and sterilizing the matured solution at 50-80 deg. C.
