The present invention provides a method for in vitro growth and proliferation of hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells co-cultured using umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells as cell nutrient membranes in the culture of hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells.;In vitro growth and proliferation of hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells of the present invention is performed by co-culturing umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells as cell nutrient membranes without the use of a separate cytokine. The ratio is kept high, and the number of colony forming cells (CFCs) is much higher than other culture conditions. In addition, it is economical because it does not add expensive cytokines, it is possible to eliminate the adverse effect of unwanted hyperdifferentiation by cytokines, there is an advantage that can obtain a larger amount of stable hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells.;Therefore, when the hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells cultured by the in vitro growth and proliferation method of the hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells of the present invention exhibit an effective therapeutic effect.
