PURPOSE: A joint business method between a mobile communication provider and goods seller utilizing an advertisement agent is provided to allow a user to have a reduction benefit in a communication charge in a manner that the user purchases goods from a goods purchase system through an advertisement after viewing the advertisement provided a goods seller, an advertisement agent and a mobile communication provider, and the mobile communication provider applies a point generated according to the goods purchase, to a charge notification. CONSTITUTION: A user(300) is provided with a goods advertisement from a goods seller(200), an advertisement agent(100) and a mobile communication provider(400). The goods seller(200) provides a goods advertisement to the user(300) and pays a certain amount of advertisement fee to the advertisement agent(100). The advertisement agent(100) receives the advertisement fee for the goods advertisement from the goods seller(200), reserves a portion of the advertisement fee in an accumulated point form to the user(300) and transmits the accumulated point information to the mobile communication provider(400). The mobile communication provider(400) receives information on a certain amount of commission and the accumulated point from the advertisement agent(100) and issues a notification to the user on the basis of the information on the accumulated point.
