CARBON NANOTUBES MASS FABRICATION DEVICE WITH LOOP REACTOR AND CARBON NANOTUBES MASS FABRICATION METHOD

A loop type reactor producing carbon nano-tubes is provided to feed carbon source and catalyst continuously and produce carbon nano-tubes simultaneously and to improve production yield by circulating carbon source and catalyst in a reactor. The reactor has: a catalyst feeder(10); a loop type reactor(20) which is joined to the catalyst feeder, comprises inner space connected in a loop form and is equipped with a heater; a gas supply part(30) which has a carbon source tank joined to the reactor to feed the carbon source to the reactor; a reactor output line(40) fixed to the reactor; and an air blow fan formed inside the reactor. The gas supply part includes a hydrogen gas tank joined to the reactor and an inert gas tank to feed hydrogen gas and inert gas to the reactor. The catalyst feeder includes a hydrogen input line, a hydrogen output line and a heater.
