A spiral spring type pressure gauge is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by making the structure of the same simply. A spiral spring type pressure is expanded according to a pressure. An insertion unit(3) for inserting a crank(4) is formed at one end of the spiral spring. The other end of the crank one end of which is inserted into the insertion unit is exposed through a central hole of a pressure indication plate(5) located on the upper side of the spiral spring. An indication needle is mounted to the tip end of the crank. The insertion unit includes a pipe body.
