The present invention provides a system for controlling a crane for moving the cargo in the vertical or horizontal , the engine - a generator , comprising a motor for moving the cargo unit , and a supercapacitor , the supercapacitors may charge and discharge energy generated by the cargo moving motor unit ; the supercapacitor cargo moving motor by the charging and discharging electrical energy generated by the kinetic energy generated when the potential energy , or deceleration that occurs when unloading the cargo in a direction down to the ground in part , can be recycled to the potential energy or kinetic energy . Thus , by the crane control system according to the present invention , reduces power consumption and can increase the energy efficiency .
