An apparatus for compressing and extruding air for generating micro-bubble is provided to improve a biochemical oxygen demand and a chemical oxygen demand of water by minimizing a submerged sludge. An apparatus for compressing and extruding air for generating micro-bubble includes an air intake unit, a first compressed air chamber, and a second compressed air chamber. The air intake unit is installed on a top of a fixing plate(3) to suck air among atmosphere by a motor. The first compressed air chamber is formed by combining the conical cover(6) with the fixing plate. An air compression and extrusion unit is formed on a bottom of the fixing plate to compress and extrude the air. The second compressed air chamber is formed by the second air compressed pipe(37) coupled to the bottom of the fixing plate. An aerator mounts the compressed air on an end portion of a rotational hollow tube to generate the micro-bubble.
