The device (1) has a compression unit connected to a cartridge that stores compressed air. An engagement unit is engaged with pedals. Compression chambers (8, 9) are equipped with pistons (80, 90). The engagement unit is connected to each piston, and causes translation stroke of the pistons so as to set the respective compression chambers. One of the compression chambers is connected to the other compression chamber so as to transfer the compressed air from the former compression chamber to the latter compression chamber during compression of the latter compression chamber.
