An earth leakage circuit breaker with a lamp for indicating earth leakage state is provided to prevent the inflow of the earth leakage circuit breaker by indicating the earth leakage state through an earth leakage state indication lamp. In an earth leakage circuit breaker having a lamp for indicating leakage state, a switch switches on/off a power supply line. A zero phase current sensing circuit(10) outputs an earth leakage signal by sensing earth leakage of the power supply line by a zero phase current transformer(ZCT). An earth leakage detection circuit(20) includes an earth leakage detection IC(IC1) outputting a driving signal from an output port by the earth leakage signal outputted from the zero phase current sensing circuit. A solenoid(SOL) operates the switch. A solenoid driving circuit(30) includes a first bridge diode rectifying a voltage of the power supply line to supply a voltage to the solenoid, and a first switching device controlling an operation of the first bridge diode by the output signal of the earth leakage detection circuit. An earth leakage state indication lamp driving circuit is installed in the power supply line, and emits light during the operation of the first switching device and is turned off when the first switching device does not operate.
