A low-noise and high-durability bridge deck pavement method using high performance cement composites is provided to increase the durability of a pavement and a bridge deck by controlling the drying shrinkage cracks and fatigue cracks caused by traffic load and preventing the penetration of external deterioration factors such as moisture and chloride ion. The low-noise and high-durability bridge deck pavement method using high performance cement composites comprises the steps of applying a surface treatment by removing impurities of a bridge deck using a brush or a high pressure water jet, paving high performance cement composites(201) to the appointed height using distribution equipment such as a pump car or a hopper, finishing up the surface of the placed high performance cement composites primarily using equipment such as a trowel, applying watertight reinforcing agents on the primarily finished high performance cement composites, finishing up the surface of the high performance cement composites applied with the watertight reinforcing agents secondarily using a finisher, unifying aggregate and high performance cement composites by spraying single-grade aggregate(202) evenly and tamping/pressing before the high performance cement composites are hardened, and curing using a plastic blanket or a curing blanket to have the required strength.
