PIER BASIS CAISSON STRUCTURE USING A PRECAST CONCRETE BLOCK

A pier foundation caisson installation structure using a precast concrete block is provided to construct a high-quality pier foundation by carrying and assembling a bracket, a precast concrete block and a caisson simply. The invention relates to an installation structure for a caisson of a pier foundation using a precast concrete block, which is constructed by the steps of: making a feasibility study including a construction site measurement and a field survey, arranging berthing facilities on the seaside adjacent to the construction site to come alongside the pier, manufacturing a bracket, a precast concrete block(150) and a caisson(300) in a workshop on land, installing a sacrificial steel pipe of an RCD pile(120), placing pile foundation concrete on the construction site, putting the bracket without a reinforcement stiffener on the upper part of the RCD pile cut to install a bracket on the site adjacent to the soft ground and installing a water stop plate, putting the precast concrete block on a pressure plate of the bracket, installing a reinforcement stiffener on the bracket, arranging reinforcing bars and installing a shape frame for shaping a seal insertion groove, placing leveling concrete using antiwashout concrete, installing the caisson and constructing a pier foundation(130) with a dry process, and dismantling the caisson.
