A mobile reservoir for living fish and a method of transporting the same are provided to effectively transport living fishes by installing a living fish reservoir structure receiving the living fishes thereinto on a transporting member. The mobile reservoir includes plural cage shape living fish reservoir structures(3) sunk into water tanks(14,15) which are installed on transporting members such as transporting ships and vehicles and a floating member(4) for supporting and keeping the living fish reservoir structure in a state of fishes(M) being floated in the living fish reservoir structure. The living fish reservoir structure has a boss protruding downwardly from on a lower corner thereof, a fastening pin formed on an upper portion of the boss, an inserting hole formed on an upper corner thereof, and a hook member formed on a lower portion of the insertion hole for engaging with the fastening pin.
