A level shifting switch driver for reducing switching loss of a power conversion system is provided to reduce switching loss by increasing a switching speed of an MOSFET and to reduce power consumption by decreasing a turn-off delay time of MOSFET or a semiconductor switch. A level shifting switch driver for reducing switching loss of a power conversion system includes a first switching circuit(1), a switching output MOSFET(Q), a second switching unit(2), and a level shift circuit(3). The first switching circuit(1) includes an NPN transistor and a PNP transistor which are serially connected to each other. A load is connected to the switching output MOSFET(Q). The second switching unit(2) is coupled between the first switching circuit(1) and the switching output MOSFET(Q). The level shift circuit(3) is coupled to an input of the first switching circuit(1) and an input of the second switching unit(2).
