A superconducting DC(Direct Current) cable for distribution power and a distribution power method using the same are provided to offer produced electric power to users without losing electric power. A superconducting DC cable for distribution power includes a core(100), liquid hydrogen(200), and an insulation pipe(300) for maintaining an extremely low temperature. The liquid hydrogen(200) is refrigerant wrapping the core(100). The insulation pipe(300) for maintaining an extremely low temperature wraps the liquid hydrogen(200). The core(100) has a former(110), a superconductive layer(120), an electric insulation layer(130), and a superconductive shielding layer(140). The liquid hydrogen(200) flows in the former(110). The superconductive layer(120) wraps the former(110). The electric insulation layer(130) warps the superconductive layer(120). The superconductive shielding layer(140) warps the electric insulation layer(130).
