The lateral suppressor-like(DgLsL) gene isolated from Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitamura 95B1-49 has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 and is obtained by cloning cDNA(complementary DNA) of lateral suppressor-like gene from Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitamura 95B1-49 and analyzing the whole sequence of the cloned cDNA through RACE(Rapid amplification of cDNA ends). A protein encoded by the lateral suppressor-like(DgLsL) gene isolated from Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitamura 95B1-49 has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.
