SNMP NETWORK COMMUNITY SYSTEM AND COMMUNITY METHOD FOR USING SHARED MEMORY

An SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) network communication system using a shared memory and a communication method are provided to eliminate delay factors by removing request/response procedures between a Net_SNMP agent and an interworking daemon, thereby ensuring safety of the system. An OLT(Optical Line Terminal) system daemon(110) generates a shared memory(130), and stores changes in the state of a system or performance/statistical values in the generated shared memory(130). If a data get request is received from an external network management system(1), an SNMP agent(120) reads data after accessing the shared memory(130), and then processes a data get message to send the processed message to the external network management system(1).
