An auto-backwashable filter system for village waterworks is provided to wash a filter member automatically and to filter out raw water to clean water semi-permanently. The auto-backwashable filter system(100) for village waterworks for filtering valley water or underground raw water to clean water with unmanned and no-power and semi-permanently comprises a tank(10) composed of a raw water storage unit(11) formed on the lower part of a filter member and connected with an inflow pipe(20) to let raw water flow in, a clean water storage unit(12) formed on the upper part of the filter member and connected with an outflow pipe(30) to let clean water flow in after passing through the filter member and a filter member(13) placed in the middle and provided with a filter net(14) to cut off impurities and sludge contained in the raw water and to support the weight of the filter member, and an automatic water discharge device installed to the inside of the tank to discharge the washing water of the filter member to a drain pipe(50) connected to the lower part of the raw water storage unit after guiding the clean water storied in the clean water storage unit to the raw water storage unit and washing the filter member when the filter member is clogged with impurities and sludge contained in raw water.
