METHOD FOR UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION OUTSIDE WATERPROOFING IN LIMITED SPACE

A construction method for a waterproof layer is provided to form an insulated and waterproof layer by forming a waterproof foundation layer with woven fabrics or non-woven fabrics and spraying quick hardening waterproof coatings on the waterproof foundation layer. The construction method for a waterproof layer using quick hardening waterproof coatings for forming an insulated and waterproof layer for constructing on an irregular ground or bedrock or discharging water contained in concrete and ventilating comprises the steps of: installing a waterproof foundation layer by installing woven fabrics or non-woven fabrics(10) made with polyester, nylon, glass fiber, etc. continuously on a waterproof base(30) to be overlapped with at the end in the width of 5~100mm; fixing the overlapped part of the woven fabrics or non-woven fabrics on the waterproof base partially using fixtures(20) such as anchor bolts or urethane primer, adhesives or adhesive tapes; forming a primary waterproof layer(40) by spraying quick hardening waterproof coatings on the installed woven fabrics or non-woven fabrics to a thickness of 0.1~100mm; stabilizing the waterproof foundation layer by leaving the primary waterproof layer alone for 10 minutes~12 hours at room temperature; and forming a secondary waterproof layer(50) by spraying quick hardening waterproof coatings on the stabilized waterproof foundation layer to the appointed thickness.
