The present invention relates to a method of retrieving an RNA- peptide binding inhibition using capillary electrophoresis specifically, the capillary electrophoresis method and a quantitative analysis of the candidate binding affinity substance of the strongest material , using the peptide and RNA conjugate , that is, a method for searching a substance which can be used as the RNA- peptide binding inhibitors . Analysis and the search method of the present invention can , so this analysis by using a sample with a small amount of about 1/1000 as compared to the conventional method can be useful in an economical way RNA- peptide inhibitor development .
