A biodiesel and glycerol producing method using ionic liquid is provided to prevent the decrease of stability and activity of enzyme generated in using an organic solvent of the existing system and to improve productivity of the biodiesel and glycerol in an environment-friendly method. In a biodiesel and glycerol producing method using ionic liquid, alcohol is added to the mixture of biological material containing vegetable or animal oil and the ionic liquid and then the mixture of the biological material and the ionic liquid, and the alcohol are transesterified. The composition ratio of the biological material and the ionic liquid is 1:0.1~1. The biological material such as bean oil is added to the alcohol at the mol ratio of 1:2~1:10.
