A non-contact outlet device and a method for transferring electric power are provided to directly supply electric power generated from a solar cell array or a fuel cell stack to an electronic device in a non contact type. A DC/DC converter(20) receives DC voltage from a solar cell array(10) or a fuel cell stack(11) to raise the received voltage, and outputs the raised voltage. The DC voltage raised by the DC/DC converter(20) charges a super capacitor or a rechargeable battery(23). A resonant converter(30) receives the raised DC voltage to generate AC voltage. A non-contact multiple inductive coupler(40) receives the AC voltage from the resonant converter(30), and supplies electric power to an electronic device(45) having a non-contact charger through inductive coupling in a non-contact type.
