An interlayer floor structure of an apartment house using an interlayer noise prevention member and a side wall noise prevention member is provided to cut off noise and vibration by securing air layers on a floor and a side wall. The interlayer floor structure(300) of an apartment house using an interlayer noise prevention member and a side wall noise prevention member comprises an interlayer noise prevention member(100) having an air layer by a support(120) and a primary shock absorbing plate(130) attached on the base of a primary board(110) on a floor concrete slab, a side wall noise prevention member(200) having an air layer by a secondary shock absorbing plate(220) attached to one side of a secondary board(210) on the side of a wall(320) on the inside or outside of a building, a heating pipeline(330) installed on the interlayer noise prevention member for heating an apartment house, a finishing mortar layer(340) formed by placing cement mortar around the heating pipeline to a thickness of 40~50mm, and a floor decorative layer(350) made with decorative materials such as monorium, material lumber or tile and placed on the top of the finishing mortar layer.
