摘要

A nano-macro sized porous biomaterials with a 3-D hierarchical pore structure and a method for preparation thereof are provided to obtain a functional support body which is biodegradable and has high cell inducing capacity economically. Calcium and phosphorus are dispersed evenly among silicon in a polyurethane high polymer sponge, and a biomaterial is coated thereon to form the nano-macro sized porous biomaterials with a 3-D hierarchical pore structure in which macro pores in a range of 1-1,000 micrometers and nano-pores in a range of 1-100nm are formed to be connected to each other by a two dimensional and three dimensional hierarchical pore structure. Nano pores in a range of 1-100nm are formed by a structure inducing agent on the biomaterials. The nano pore structure inducing agents are cationic and nonionic surfactants.
