A system and a method for providing a real-time Q/A by using a communication device capable of interactively transceiving data/voice are provided to enable a user to receive a correct answer in a short time if the user makes and transmits a question through the communication device capable of interactively transceiving the data/voice. A questioner terminal(100) makes question information by connecting to a real-time Q/A service server(400). An answerer terminal(200) makes answer information corresponding to the question information by connecting to the real-time Q/A service server. An estimator terminal(500) estimates the answer information inputted from the answerer terminal. The real-time Q/A service server includes an input managing module, a categorized managing module, a database, an output managing module, and a control module. The control module provides the questioner terminal with the answer information estimated as the correct answer by the estimator terminal, and stores the question information, the answer information, and the estimation information to the database.
