A prefabricated retaining wall block is provided to secure a vegetation space sufficiently, to stabilize the whole structure of a retaining wall and the coupling structure of blocks and to increase construction efficiency on a retaining wall. The prefabricated retaining wall block(100) comprises a front end portion(110) exposed to the front of a retaining wall, a middle end portion(120) composed of a primary side wall(121) connected on the rear of two sides of the front end portion and a horizontal wall(122) blocking the rear of the primary side wall, and a rear end portion(130) composed of a secondary side wall(131) connected from the rear of two sides of the horizontal wall and continued with the primary side wall and a projecting wall(132) connected laterally from the rear end of the secondary side wall to the outside, wherein many vertical pin holes(123) are formed on the top of the horizontal wall, horizontal pin holes(133) are formed on the secondary side wall to penetrate the wall, and vertical pin holes are formed on the rear of the projecting wall.
