CHICKEN FEED FOR ADDITION POWDER OF FERMENTEDSOYBENS AND METHODE AND THAT POWDER INCLUSIVE CHICKEN FEED

A method of manufacturing fermented soybean powder as a chicken feed supplement by mixing dried fermented soybeans and Agastache rugosa extract as deodorizers to remove off-flavor of fermented soybeans is provided. The chicken feed containing the fermented soybean powder as a chicken feed supplement has the efficacy of fermented soybeans and produces a high-quality egg and chicken when fed to chickens. Fermented soybeans are treated with a centrifugal separator at 3,000rpm for 20min, ground, sterilized at 121deg.C for 20min and dried at 60deg.C for 8hr in the first step to a moisture content of 50 to 60%. The dried fermented soybeans are mixed with 5% by weight of deodorizers, allowed to stand at 20deg.C for 24hr to remove off-flavor of fermented soybeans and dried at 80deg.C for 8hr in the second step. The deodorizers are obtained by mixing Agastache rugosa and water in a weight ratio of 1:9 and extracting at 121deg.C and 15atm for 120min.
