RECYCLABLE BY-PRODUCT UNDER WATER SEPERATION DEVICE OF WASTE TIRE PYROLYSIS

A device for separating recyclable by-products of the thermally decomposed waste tire under water is provided to effectively separate the by-products into the recyclable by-products and sludge by putting the by-products into the water and to maximize safety by preventing explosion generated by friction sparks among the by-products in an existing dry-type separation method. The device for separating recyclable by-products of the thermally decomposed waste tire under water is composed of a water tank(20) of the predetermined width installed at the lower side of a discharge port(10) of a heating furnace to store the water; a water flow generating unit(30) installed at the upper side to generate the flow of water to move the floating by-products from a front side to a rear side; a by-product transfer conveyor(40) moving a screen(41) filtering the recyclable by-products of the predetermined size and buckets(43,53) installed on the screen at regular intervals and separating and transferring the by-products moving afloat to the rear side and the by-products filtered by the screen; and a sludge discharge conveyor(50) scraping and discharging the sludge falling down to the bottom of the water tank by the buckets arranged at regular intervals. The by-product transfer conveyor and the sludge discharge conveyor are stacked at the lower side.
