A nano silver-coated surface material manufacturing method is provided to bond a surface material on the three-dimensional curved surface and to treat the surface material by using heat press molding, normal-temperature bonding, wrapping or membrane processing method, and overlay bonding method. A nano silver-coated surface material is produced by laminating PP(Polypropylene) and PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) sheets and applying nano silver coating resin on the PET sheet. The nano silver-coated surface material manufacturing method comprises the steps of: producing the PP and PET sheets(S1); printing patterns by using environment-friendly acryl ink on the rear side of the PP or PET sheet(S2); bonding the PP and PET sheets by an urethane adhesive agent at the same time in printing(S3); curing the bonded sheets at the temperature of 60°C for three days(S4); and UV(Ultraviolet)-coating the PET sheet with nano silver solution(S5).
