A method for advanced treatment of swage and wastewater, which reduces odor of excess sludge, decreases the number of coliform groups in supernatant, lowers organic matters, nitrogen and phosphorous in the supernatant and increases dissolved oxygen of effluent by cultivating bacillus species bacteria as dominant species, and an apparatus for advanced treatment of swage and wastewater by the method, which is structurally simple and economically efficient by performing a process of returning sludge without internal circulation, are provided. A method for advanced treatment of swage and wastewater by using predominantly cultivated bacillus species bacteria, etc. comprises: transferring sewage and wastewater from a flow equalization tank(2) to an anaerobic tank(5) by an inflow pump(3); mixing sewage and wastewater with return sludge passing through a spore forming tank(30); uniformly distributing sewage and wastewater in a flow distribution tank(6), and flowing the distributed sewage and wastewater into a limited aerobic rotary biofilm contact tank(8) through an inflow pipe(7) for the limited aerobic rotary biofilm contact tank; maintaining 300 mV of an ORP value in sewage and wastewater; flowing sewage and wastewater into a limited aerobic aeration tank(14) through a discharge pipe(13) for the limited aerobic rotary biofilm contact tank, and flowing sewage and wastewater from the limited aerobic aeration tank to an aerobic aeration tank(16); supplying required air into the limited aerobic aeration tank, and constantly maintaining 300 mV of an ORP value in sewage and wastewater; transferring sewage and wastewater to an aerobic aeration tank(18), supplying air into the aerobic aeration tank, and maintaining about 0.5 to 2 mg/L of a dissolved oxygen value in sewage and wastewater; connecting first and second diffusion devices(15,19) to a compressed air feeder(23); flowing sewage and wastewater into a final settling pond(24); transferring sludge settled in the final settling tank to the spore forming tank; transferring a portion of sludge in the spore forming tank to a concentrator(35) and dewatering the concentrated sludge in a dewaterer(38); maintaining the returned sludge in an anaerobic state within the spore forming tank; and transferring the sludge from the spore forming tank to the anaerobic tank, mixing the sludge with sewage and wastewater, and transferring the mixture to the limited aerobic rotary biofilm contact tank.
