A decorative fence structure for a new town is provided to increase safety and to create surroundings more environment-friendlily by cultivating decorative plants on a boundary of an apartment complex and a residential street. The decorative fence structure for a new town comprises concrete foundations(112) buried at regular intervals along a boundary between a green space and a pedestrian passage, circular or rectangular parallelepiped shaped supports(100,110) erected on each concrete foundation at the appointed height, many fence supporters(120) composed of horizontal bars and installed on the inside between the supports, fence decorating plants cultivated between the fence supports, and fence decorating plant protective grill fences(150) composed of many fences(123) and coupled through fastening holes(113,121) to cover and protect the fence-decorating plants.
