MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BAMBOO CHIP FOR MANUFACTURING A NATURAL FIBER AND BAMBOO FIBER USING THEREOF

A method for manufacturing a bamboo chip and a method for manufacturing a bamboo fiber are provided to simplify a fibrous process and mass-produce good bamboo fiber products with a low cost. A bamboo log(10) is obtained by removing leaves and stems of a bamboo. A bamboo trunk(12) is obtained by cutting and removing joint portions(11) of the bamboo log, wherein the bamboo trunk has a length of 15-50 cm according to usage or purpose of a bamboo fiber to be manufactured. The bamboo trunk is compressed by a press roller and a concave and convex roller to be crushed in a longitudinal direction. As a result, the bamboo trunk is torn into pieces to have a bulk property.
