An environment-friendly weir for the migration of fishes is provided to let fishes migrate between the upper reaches and the lower reaches of a river by controlling the load of an inner chamber and to form nature-friendly environment by forming artificial vegetation on the top of a weir. An environment-friendly weir for the migration of fishes comprises a weir support frame made of concrete and fixed to the bottom of a river to support a vegetation weir, and a vegetation weir(10) made of synthetic resins or rubber and composed of an inner chamber provided with a coconut palm vegetation layer(26) made of artificial vegetation and filled with air and water to have buoyant force for guiding the migration of fishes.
