A weighing and reaction device for water quality analysis system is provided to weigh the flux of sample water and reagent mixture solution easily by using a regulation pipe, minimize the total device size by reducing the installment space for weighing and reaction tanks, and reduce the washing time by simultaneously cleaning fur from weighing and reaction tanks. A weighing and reaction device(100) for water quality analysis system comprises: a body(110) containing a partition(111) connected to a bypass pipe(117), a first protrusion(113) having a first spiral groove(112) and a second protrusion(116) having a second spiral groove(115) with the smaller diameter than the first spiral groove which are located above the partition, and an installment space(114) under the partition; a reaction tank(120) for providing a space of sample water and reagents, having a first connection pipe(121) connected to the second spiral groove; a weighing tank(130) for providing a space receiving sample water and reagents from the reaction tank by connecting a second connection pipe to the first spiral groove, and for maintaining the lower water level than the mixture solution in the reaction tank by discharging the inflow mixture solution through the bypass pipe; a regulation pipe(140) installed on the reaction tank for regulating the flux, wherein one end is located at the height required for water quality analysis and the other end has a longer length than one end of the reaction tank; and a stirrer(150) for stirring the mixture solution, installed within the installment space.
