A device for preventing operating condition change due to outside air at repair and inspection of an outdoor unit for a thermo-hygrostat is provided to perform repair and inspection of a compressor, etc. by installing the compressor in a space portion formed between a protection net and a condensing coil, and to previously prevent condensation function degradation by variation of operation and pressure of the compressor. A device for preventing operating condition change due to outside air at repair and inspection of an outdoor unit for a thermo-hygrostat comprises a protection net(2), a condenser, a blow unit(7), a grill(4) for protecting the blow unit and a compressor(6). The protection net and the condenser are installed in an air inflow portion in the front and the rear of a main body. The blow unit and the grill for protecting the blow unit are installed in an upper surface of the main body. The compressor is installed inside the main body. The compressor is installed in a space portion inside the main body formed between a condensing coil(5) and the protection net.
