An equipment for crushing and drying food garbage, which can crush finely food garbage by cutting food garbage using crushing blades rotated at a high rotary speed, and can improve the drying efficiency of food garbage by drying the finely crushed food garbage, thereby reducing the drying time of food garbage, is provided. An equipment(1) for crushing and drying food garbage comprises: a body divided into a main body(2), an intermediate partition, and a discharge case(4); a radiation plate(16) installed on the backside of the main body to release heat generated in the main body into the outside; a blowing fan installed on the radiation plate; a crushing unit(11) which is installed below a hopper within the main body and includes a pair of injection blades installed in a reverse triangle shape within a crushing drum, and a crushing blade installed at a lower center of the injection blades; a drying and agitating unit(12) which is installed below the crushing unit within the main body, and includes a pair of agitating vanes installed in an agitating and drying drum, and heater installed at both sides of the bottom of the agitating and drying drum; a speed changing power unit(13) mounted on an installation frame(2-1) installed in the middle of the main body to operate the crushing unit and the drying and agitating unit; a cooling fan(14) installed within the main body to remove moisture from the air by cooling air inside the drying and agitating unit; and a purification tank(6) removing odor from the cooled internal air to release the odor-removed air into the outside or supply the odor-removed air into the drying and agitating unit again.
