A method for preparing a monomer and polymer matrix conductive composite material where a metal-nanofiber mixture is dispersed, and the conductive composite material prepared by the method are provided to prevent the segregation of a nanofiber and to improve electrical conductivity. A method for preparing a monomer and polymer matrix conductive composite material comprises the steps of applying a mechanical impact energy to a metal particle and a nanofiber by mechanical milling to prepare a metal-nanofiber mixture by the infiltration of the nanofiber into the metal particle due to the elastic deformation or sintering deformation of a metal particle; and dispersing the metal-nanofiber mixture in a liquid polymer resin by a mechanical dispersing method to prepare a liquid conductive material. Preferably the metal is a pure metal selected from aluminum(Al), copper(Cu) or iron(Fe), or its alloy.
