CULTIVATION METHOD AND CULTIVATION APPARATUS FOR GREEN TEA SHOOTS USING GREEN TEA SEEDS

A method for cultivating green tea shoots by using green tea seeds and a cultivating apparatus thereof are provided to cultivate tender green tea shoots in large quantities by culturing a large amount of green tea seeds in a facility house or a prefabricated house, and by controlling temperature and sunlight. A method for cultivating green tea shoots comprises the steps of: (100) washing granitic soil severally by using water to remove the microbes and nutritive elements contained in granitic soil; (200) filling the inner bottom of a germination room installed separately with the washed granitic soil by a thickness of 5cm; (300) removing the shells of green tea seeds, selecting healthy green tea seeds, and then sowing the selected seeds at the upper part of the granitic soil; (400) supplying water to the sown green tea seeds for a fixed period and removing only rotten seeds; (500) selecting germinated green tea seeds and moving the germinated green tea seeds to a culture room; (600) planting the germinated green tea seeds in a plurality of styrofoam boxes prepared in the culture room; and (700) supplying water to the planted green tea seeds and controlling the amount of sunlight, thereby growing green tea shoots. An apparatus for cultivating green tea shoots comprises: a germination room which has a space part inside for germinating green tea seeds and is equipped with a boiler at one side for supplying heat to the space part and so maintaining a fixed temperature; a culture room which is installed separately on the ground, has doorways at one side, and is equipped with a plurality of shelves inside; an external shading device being installed on the upper exterior of the culture room and shading sunlight; an indoor shading net which is installed on the ceiling inside the culture room, is operated by a motor, and controls the amount of sunlight; a ventilation fan being installed inside the culture room and circulating air; a prevention device of damages by blight and harmful insects, which is installed in the culture room; and a fan heater being placed at one side of the culture room and controlling the temperature of the culture room.
