The geothermal energy system is connected with the cooling and heating system installed at the indoor to position the heat exchanger heating the water using the geothermal energy supplied to the heating pump at the upper part of the heat storage tanks. The extra heating source system is connected to place a cooling and heating control valve(190) at the geothermal source system connected with the indoor cooling and heating system, and a hot water supply control valve(180) and the heating exchanger for the geothermal source system of the heat storage tanks. The control device controls the extra heating source system as a secondary extra hot water supply or the extra cooling and heating system to supplement the solar energy system and the geothermal energy system, to adjust the geothermal energy system as the extra hot water supply system to supplement the solar energy system, to manage the geothermal energy system as the indoor cooling and heating system, and to check the solar energy system as the hot water supply system.
