The present invention relates to a method for a multi-heat source multi heat pump system with cooling-storage operation or heating-storage operation of an air heat source, and cooling-storage-heating-storage simultaneous operation or heating-storage-cooling-storage concurrent operation of a water heat source. The air heat source and the water heat source are used as heat sources of the heat pump, in which four operational modes based on a heating-storage, a cooling-storage, an air heat source, and water heat source are selectively controlled, and the operational mode controls within the base are automatically switched to each other. In addition, hot water or cold water is produced independently just by using one product.
